March 2009 - Pinnacle Inspections is commissioned to perform Energy Analysis and Testing for the Mt. Rainier Visitors Center - Pinnacle will be performing Building Envelope Evaluations for the new visitors center which include: Envelope Leakage (Blower Door Pressurization & Depressurization), HVAC Duct System Performance and Leakage Testing and Infrared Thermal Imaging of interior and exterior components and elevations. Pinnacle will be using all of their latest state of the art testing equipment on this project and is very excited to work on this important and high profile project.
February 2009 - Pinnacle Inspection's builder/client, ASTAL Construction, wins the coveted 2009 Built Green Washington Award in the Western Washington Custom Home category - Pinnacle worked along side Astal to help achieve this prestigious award, along with verifying & meeting the 2005 EPA Tax Credit and Builders Challenge! Congratulations to Astal Construction. This category was particularly competitive, but their project rose above the rest!

| August 2008 - Pinnacle is awarded the contract to perform re-evaluation & diagnostic performance testing on at least 100 Energy Star verified homes in the Puget Sound region. Pinnacle was selected due to their unique tools, certifications and experience provided for this critical process.
The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) is a non-profit organization working to encourage the development and adoption of energy-efficient products and services. Bellingham Business Journal - August 2006 - National roofing company selects Pinnacle Inspections - Tremco Inc., a leading North American provider of roofing restoration and repair services, has selected Bellingham's Pinnacle Inspections to conduct roof-moisture surveys for its western clients.
Pinnacle Inspections will serve Tremco's clients in Washington, Oregon, Hawaii and British Columbia.
Northwest Business Monthly - December 2006 - Inspector gains home energy certification Robert Stockmann of Pinnacle Inspections in Bellingham is the second person in Washington certified to provide home energy ratings. Stockmann completed training in September to be certified by the Residential Energy Services Network. A home energy rater reviews a house to identify its energy characteristics, such as insulation levels, window efficiency, wall-to-window ratios, the heating and cooling system efficiency, the solar orientation of the home and the water heating system. Performance testing, such as a blower door test for air leakage and duct leakage, is usually part of the rating. Stockmann founded Pinnacle Inspections in 2002 after working more than 25 years in custom home and commercial construction.
